-Positions:
-Studio owners: oversee daily operations of the studio
-Office Manager: responsible for scheduling, payroll, administrative duties
-Marketing Reps.: oversee specific markets and make reports of their ratings
-Publicity staff: plans campaigns and coordinates all publicity efforts, such as contests, fundraisers, promotions
-Recording engineer: operate sound board, tech. equipment
-Producer: research,write, assist in advance planning of the show and are available throughout the on-air time to assist talent
-DJ: disc jockey--responsible for making sure there is no dead air by filling time with music
-Program director: selects format, programs and schedules for the station, and may also act in capacity of music director
